Contact Support (For Current Clients)

If you're already a client and need support, we have several ways in which you can contact us:

  1. Support Ticket - By far the best method for obtaining support, a support ticket is best because it can be accessed even if your email is down, it ensures that your request doesn't "slip through the cracks", and it's saved in your admin panel so it can be referenced in the future along with any updates to the issue. To create a support ticket, login to the admin panel, navigate to ADMINISTRATION --> SUPPORT REQUEST and click on "Add New" at the top of the page.
  2. Email - If you're unable to login to the admin panel to create a support ticket, you can email us directly using the form at the bottom of this page.
  3. Phone - If you aren't able to convey your support needs by support ticket or email, we can be reached during business hours at (800) 430-2119 option 1.
  4. Skype/IM - Our support reps use Skype and Instant Messenger for video conferencing or live chat. Just Skype or IM us at "higherturnover" (AIM and Yahoo!) and we'll be glad to help when we're online.
