Inventory Data Feeds

With your Higher Turnover car salesman website you'll have the option of having us send your inventory to the 3rd party sites you choose. This means our Inventory Management System will be your central point to maintain accurate inventory. When you add a vehicle to your website, it will automatically be sent to Autotrader.com, Cars.com, or any other 3rd party classified site you wish**, including thousands of sites that we send to for free. More info about inventory distribution is available here.

** Please note that while we can send inventory to virtually any 3rd party site, sites such as Autotrader.com, Cars.com, CarGurus.com, and many others are PAID sites. This means you need to have an active subscription with those sites. We are NOT able to get your inventory listed on paid sites for free. Nobody can.

Inventory Imports and DMS Polling

For salespeople who work at a dealership using an inventory service such as Dealer Specialties, AutoUplink, or even many smaller local companies, we have the ability to import your inventory on a daily basis so your website is always up to date in a hands-off process. We have existing relationships with the larger inventory service companies and some of the smaller companies as well. If we don't have an existing relationship with the company you may be using, let us know and we can likely establish a daily inventory feed with them.

Sales consultants working at a dealership which uses a DMS system (such as Frazer, ADP, Reynolds, etc.) in their dealership are already entering vehicle info into their software, so naturally you won't want to enter the same vehicles in a second inventory system if you don't have to. We have the ability to retrieve your vehicle inventory directly from your dealerships DMS system (currently from more than 100 different DMS systems) so the inventory on your website is automatically populated as you update inventory in your own DMS. Typically a salesperson will need permission from the dealership owner/manager to establish inventory feeds.

DMS polling is available for a one-time setup of $100 and $75/month per rooftop. This additional charge is rare, and only applies if your particular DMS provider is unwilling to send us inventory directly. More info about inventory imports and DMS polling is available here.
