While most dealers are satisfied with a customized template design, we realize that others want a totally unique design built from the ground up. We provide these custom designs for clients on a regular basis.
During development of a custom site layout, you will work directly with one of our talented graphic designers. The process begins with a consultation to determine your needs and graphical wishes. Your designer will offer suggestions and upon completion of the consultation, will create a mockup of your site design. From there you will provide feedback as to what aspects you like/dislike, and the process becomes a back-and-forth between you and the designer until you're completely satisfied with the finished product.
Please understand that custom designs require more involvement on your part (e.g. providing feedback, etc.) so the setup process may take longer than setup of a template-based website. For those clients who are in a hurry to get a new site up, we're able to get a temporary (albeit fully-functional) site up during this process so you don't have any downtime. Your temporary site will be completely functional with inventory, contact forms, directions, etc. and by having it while your custom design is built you will be able to get a jump on getting indexed (included) in the search engine results pages.
Rates for custom design vary depending on the needs of the client, however this is only an additional setup charge; your monthly package rate will be the same as all other clients, regardless of graphic design.
